TLPOA 100 RECIPE COOKBOOK

We are halfway there! We have received 50 recipes and need 50 more to reach the
goal of 100 to celebrate 100 years of the TLPOA!
This recipe book will feature favorite dishes and drinks from the community
around Twin Lakes.
Please share your family’s favorite dishes — no recipe is too small! We also want
to include photos of the dish, your family, and/or a note with your memories. We
hope this book can become a keepsake that your family and the lake community
can enjoy for the next 100 years. Our goal is 100 recipes so submit more than
one. Don’t forget the thirst quenchers! The book will be available for purchase
by November 15, 2026.

Calling All Creative Minds!
The TLPOA 100th Anniversary Committee is seeking your participation in creating an official logo
that reflects the beauty, community spirit, and unique character of Twin Lakes. The winning logo
may be used on the TLPOA website, social media, newsletters, documents, merchandise, and
other items.
Eligibility, Deadline & Cash Prizes!
Open to all members of the TLPOA or its affiliated entities and their immediate family
members (except members of the TLPOA 100th Anniversary Committee). Limit three
entries per person.
• All entries must be received by Friday, June 19, 2026, 11:59pm
The Committee will select the top five (5) submissions, which will then be voted on by
TLPOA members. The submission with the greatest number of votes will be adopted as
the official TLPOA logo!
• The winner and first and second runners-up will be announced at Twin Lakes
Day in July 2026.
Prizes will be awarded as follows:
o Winner: $500
o 1st Runner-Up: $250
o 2nd Runner-Up: $100
Design Requirements
Must be original artwork created by the entrant and not include copyrighted or
trademarked material. No clip art or stock images.
Use of AI tools such as Grok, Canva, Inkscape, Vectr, etc., permitted but please
identify the tool used in file name or email.
Should reflect the character and diverse qualities of our community (e.g., lake,
nature, wildlife, recreation, community, etc.).
Must include the text “Twin Lakes Property Owners Association” or “TLPOA”
Must work in color and black & white, and in small and large sizes. Avoid overly
complex details that won’t reproduce well.
Use the following color palette with no more than two (2) of the optional colors
(minimum 3 colors, maximum 5 colors):
1 The deadline date for submissions has been updated from May 15th to June 19th
File Format & Submission
Vector graphics (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) files preferred but not required. If your submission is
in .PNG, .JPG or even .PDF, please make sure that the resolution is at least 300 dpi.

Brief description of the design concept (optional but encouraged)

Judging Criteria
Entries will be evaluated based on:
Relevance to the community
Creativity and originality
Simplicity and clarity
Versatility for multiple uses
Overall visual appeal
Ownership & Rights
In consideration for the $500 Winner cash prize, the sufficiency of which is
acknowledged, the Winner agrees to exclusively assign and hereby irrevocably and
exclusively assigns 1) all ownership rights of the Winning logo, and 2) all right, title, and
interest worldwide in and to the copyright (including worldwide rights of publication,
adaptation, distribution and public display) of the Winning logo to the Twin Lakes
Property Owners Association.
Non-winning entries remain the property of the designers.
Other Terms
No purchase necessary to enter.
The TLPOA is not responsible for lost or late submissions.
The TLPOA reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if necessary.
The TLPOA may choose not to award a winner if no suitable design is submitted.

2026 PHOTO CONTEST
Calling All Photographers!
The TLPOA 100th Anniversary Committee is seeking your participation in the TLPOA 2026 Photo Contest. Submit your photos and enhance community connections through our shared appreciation for nature at the lake!
Photo Contest Theme:
Celebrate the natural beauty at Twin Lakes by submitting your old and new photos in the
following categories:
Sunrises, Sunsets, Moonscapes & Rainbows around Twin Lakes.
Wildlife around Twin Lakes: all critters including birds, mammals, fish, reptiles, amphibians,
insects, and more!
Landscapes & Lakescapes on, in, and around Twin Lakes: favorite year-round scenes from the
quiet winter beauty, new spring life, summer warmth and water, and changing fall colors—the
focus of these photos should be nature but they can include elements that depict life at the
lake (e.g., boats, docks, pets, etc.).
Eligibility:
Open to all members of the TLPOA or its affiliated entities and their immediate family
members. Photos must be taken at the lake and its surrounds and include natural features
(manmade structures can’t be a major feature) and no recognizable people. Limit 3 photo
entries per person.
Deadline:
All entries must be received by Friday, JULY 10, 2026, 11:59pm
Winner Selection:
Photos for each category will be voted on by TLPOA community members by July 24, 2026,
11:59pm. A winning photo for each category (3 winners total) will be determined by the highest
number of votes.
Winning Photos – Announcement & Prizes:
Winning photos will be announced at the Twin Lakes End of Season Party in August 2026 and shared on the TLPOA website; Winning
photos will be used on the cover of TLPOA 100th Anniversary Twin Lakes Cookbook to be published in November 2026; Winners from
each category will receive an enlarged canvas print of their photo; All photos entered into the contest will be displayed at the Twin Lakes
100 th Anniversary Year End Celebration on August 28, 2027 and canvas prints of winning photos will be auctioned to the
community.
Photo Requirements, Format & Submission:
Must be original photo, old or new, taken by entrant or its affiliated entities and their
immediate family members with no copyrighted/trademarked material or stock images;
Photos may be color or black and white;
If possible, save photos at the highest quality resolution: this is usually a minimum 300 DPI in
RGB color mode (for color photos) and JPEG (.jpg) format (although all resolution/quality
photos are accepted);
Save photos with file name: LastName_FirstName_PhotoTitle;
Submit by Friday, July 10, 2026 , 11:59pm via email to photocontest@twinlakespa.com with
the Subject line: “TLPOA Photo Contest Entry”
Judging Criteria:
Relevance to Theme & Location: The photo must clearly depict the designated natural theme
and relevant category, showcasing its unique character.
By submitting a photo, all entrants agree that photos may be shared on the TLPOA website,
social media, and/or with TLPOA members for member voting purposes[jm1]. The owners of
the winning photos provide all necessary rights to the TLPOA to use, copy, display, transmit,
and make derivative copies of the winning photo(s) for all TLPOA purposes including
fundraising purposes.
