PROMOTE the HEALTH OF THE LAKE AND SURROUNDING LAND
We promote the highest level of Lake Water Quality: We Monitor, Test, Issue Guidelines and support the Twin Lakes Walker Creek Watershed Conservancy
We Monitor for invasive species of insects, plants, and implement awareness, remediation, and prevention programs.
We Stock the lakes when necessary to promote the health and abundance of the fish population.
FOSTER A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL INTERACTIONS
We Apprise the TLPOA community of open events by publishing an Activity Calendar.
We Promote Lake community awareness and involvement by distributing a newsletter, Twin Sails.
We Schedule Lake Community weekly and annual events.
We Create and maintain an accessible record of the Lakes’ rich legacy by archiving the Twin Lake’s history to create and maintain an accessible and durable record.
We Exchange information, messages, records, and documents by maintaining and leveraging a Twin Lakes Website: www.twinlakespa.com
PROMOTE THE LAKE COMMUNITY WELFARE AND PROPERTY VALUES
To help limit unfettered development around the lake We Created and provide Lake Access Restriction Agreements and legal counsel regarding these.
To restrict lake area development, We Created, Expand, and Maintain the Twin Lakes Conservancy—a limited access, unspoiled group of woodland parcels around the lake.
We Sponsor Representation at the Shohola Township meetings to advance the interests and needs of the Twin Lakes Community.
We proactively Maintain Property Deeds, Records, Survey Maps, and Sale information to keep owners informed.
To help with Emergency Vehicle Access and litter free roads, We Support Coursen Road North road maintenance. We schedule clean up measures to remove litter and debris on Twin Lakes Road. We coordinate with the Between the Lakes Road Association.
We Donate funds to specific Non-Profit organizations that benefit and support the overall Lake Community.
We Distribute and Update a Member’s Handbook as well as implement an emergency email chain to provide useful and timely information about the Lakes and the community.

We have a volunteer who maintains a relationship with the Shohola Sheriff and HSCI Security Services to keep the community informed on criminal activity.
